This varnish medium resists discoloration, non-yellowing, and non-fogging, even when exposed to humidity, heat, and ultraviolet light. It is compatible with Spray Paint, Heavy Body, and Soft Body acrylic products.

The varnish dries to a non-tacky, hard, and flexible surface that is resistant to dirt retention. When fully dry, it becomes hard, archival, non-yellowing, and water-resistant, effectively protecting acrylic colors from harsh environmental elements. This varnish medium is suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

To apply the varnish, the surface and environment must be clean, dry, and free of dust. Acrylic paintings must be completely dried and cured for 48-72 hours before varnishing. The varnish can be applied using a brush or a spray, with the latter typically resulting in a thinner, smoother, and more even finish. Rolling or sponging application is not recommended.

It is important to note that acrylic paints and mediums become increasingly brittle in cold weather. Therefore, the varnish should not be applied below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
